Make School Football Jersey With Teammates

St Louis Blues Hockey Jersey, We boys were all in a sport team, like football, hockey, baseball, baseball and soccer when we are in school. And I was in football team. But we were bothered by the normal football jerseys. It was dull and dark blue, and we can\'t catch anything different from other teams\' football jersey. It was like you cannot spot me when we were in the crowd. And we had appealed to school a lot, but no responding.

So we decided to make our own football jersey. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be impressive. Moreover, it turned to student societies\' fashion. That\'s quite cool memory. Here are some experiences I like to share.

To have special football jerseys is easily solved: Customization and DIY, as a result that only uniqueness or something in common on football jerseys makes one team. It suggests you are one of the team, you should fight for it. No wonder unique homemade football jersey or other school football wears are getting more and more popular.

Customization is not a bad idea, it is believed most of us have customized for many times. Of course, it has its own advantages: high quality. However, it is true that we have to pay more money on it. When we don\'t have enough money, like you are just a student, it is better we decided make on our own.

At the very beginning, we thought it was very complicated. Now it turned out not because we\'d found useful material: heat transfer material. They are heat transfer paper, and iron on patches and vinyl lettering.

Now take a look at how to apply them.

Heat transfer paper application

Step 1: Open team logo, name and number with photo processing software, Photoshop, for example. Flip the image horizontally so that you have a mirrored version of your design (when it comes to dark heat transfer paper, you don\'t have to flip). Make sure the picture is of high definition.

Step 2: Turn on printer and test with a piece of normal paper to see whether the picture is OK. If OK, insert the transfer paper into the paper tray.

Step 3: Weed away excess materials with scissors and tweezers. Prepare a clean, hard work surface to work on.

Step 4: Heat iron up. Place jersey on the work surface and use iron to remove all the wrinkles and moisture

Step 5: place design on the fabric face down (when it comes to dark heat transfer paper, facing upward). Iron the design in motion with 185°C for 15 seconds, and make sure you can see fabric grain on the design (when it comes to dark heat transfer paper, cover design with grease proof paper and cloths, heat apply with 165°C for up to 25 seconds. Whether remove transfer paper hot or cool depends on iron on transfers kinds.

Remember make sure edge of design is ironed harder and stuck on fabric great.

When lettering, heat transfer vinyl (one of heat transfer papers) and tackle twill letter and number is recommended, iron them on as light heat transfer paper. As for iron on patches, they cannot be overlooked cause\' they are parts for a jersey. For iron on patches got an adhesive back, how to apply is similar to iron on transfer paper.

Step 1: Plug in iron and set it to medium heat, between 250 and St Louis Blues Hockey Jersey 300 degrees. Allow the iron to heat up.

Step 2: Iron the area that you will be patching for about 8 seconds. Place the patch over the hole.

Step 3: Place the iron on top of the patch and press down. Do not use any motion (attention), just press St Louis Blues Hockey Jersey down. Hold the iron in place for about 8 to 10 seconds. Lift the iron off the patch, and set it down on the end of your ironing board. Allow the patch to cool for a minute before touching it.

Step 4: Pull lightly at the edges of the patch to see if it peels up. If it does not, your patching job is done. If it does peel up, iron the patch for another 8 to 10 seconds.

With the above skills, we not only make jerseys, but also personalized T shirts, hats, pants St Louis Blues Hockey Jersey and other wears. If you are trying something new, you should give it shot. You guys\' team would be memorable.
